Paul has a comprehensive history within the mechanical sector with more than 30 years’ experience across different discipline-led and management roles.

Since becoming a director at Geoffrey Robinson in 2018, Paul continues to oversee the day-to-day running of our projects and trades ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the satisfaction of all clients.

Sue has worked with the company for almost 10 years and holds responsibility for the accounts, HR and administration teams within Geoffrey Robinson.

Providing the business with strategic financial leadership, expert advice and guidance on all financial matters, her role is critical to safeguard the financial stability of the business and ensure our financial systems are as robust and adaptable as possible, to support strategic plans today and into the future.

Tom joined the team in November 2022 as Commercial Manager and was promoted to Commercial Director in March 2025. 

With over 20 years of industry experience, Tom’s deep commitment to understanding the core operations of our business has helped him gain valuable insight into all our service areas, learning the fundamentals of what makes Geoffrey Robinson such a trusted name in the industry.

Tom’s career started in 2004 as a quantity surveyor, and he’s always enjoyed supporting his colleagues, particularly seeing them thrive and succeed. He’s passionate about leadership, and his approach has always been to be approachable, available for the team, and focused on development.

Andy joined the business in 2022 as Executive Director bringing with him 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Progressing through a number of management positions, Andy has personally delivered a wide range of contracts in the healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors with projects exceeding £30m, providing first-hand experience of managing complex projects.

He was appointed Managing Director in 2024 taking over from Neal Robinson. As Managing Director, Andy is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the business ensuring we continue to offer high quality outcomes for our clients whilst seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.

Neal officially joined Geoffrey Robinson in 1990, having grown up with the family business, working during school holidays from an early age. With a degree in building services, Neal worked through the mechanical services division before being appointed to the board in 2004.

Neal has been pivotal in the growth and diversification of Geoffrey Robinson into the award winning business that you see today. Neal was appointed as Managing Director in 2014 with overall responsibility of the company, following a successful handover from his father, Geoffrey Robinson.
