Geoffrey Robinson secures new long-term framework with Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Trust

We have been awarded a significant new contract with Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, strengthening our valued partnership with one of the largest and most successful NHS trusts in the UK.

Over the next three years, we will deliver a full turnkey facilities management service, supporting the Trust’s critical healthcare operations through:

  • General building repairs and maintenance
  • Responsive repairs and maintenance
  • Small building projects
  • Mechanical works
  • Electrical works

Our in-house teams, including skilled joinery, electrical, and mechanical specialists, are committed to ensuring minimal operational downtime. Whether planned maintenance or urgent responsive repairs, we deliver swift and efficient solutions to keep the Trust’s facilities running smoothly.

All team members are DBS checked, RESET accredited, and carry photo ID to ensure secure and seamless service delivery.

Key sites we’ll be supporting include:

  • Freeman Hospital
  • Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI)
  • Newcastle Dental Hospital
  • And many more.

The contract includes planned maintenance, responsive repairs, and small building works, with projects ranging in value up to £250,000, with potential works exceeding this threshold to be awarded under NEC contracts.
